We collect only the data needed to run this website and to create and deliver your artwork:

• Contact and request data: your name, email address and the details you share in the commission request form (ideas, sizes, budget, reference files).
• Account data: the email address you use to sign in to your private client gallery.
• Order and delivery data: shipping address and preferences you provide for a confirmed commission.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we only receive the payment status and amount.
• Technical data: our hosting provider temporarily processes your IP address and browser information in server logs to deliver the website securely. We also use privacy friendly, aggregated website analytics (page visits, country, device type) without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

• To answer your inquiries and prepare individual commission quotes.
• To give you secure access to your private client gallery.
• To create, ship and document your artwork, including invoices and payment history.
• To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

We work with a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Website hosting, database, file storage and email delivery (Lovable Cloud infrastructure).
• Stripe for secure payment processing.

These providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Commission, invoice and payment records are kept for the retention periods required by tax and commercial law. Reference files and gallery content are removed when they are no longer needed for your commission, or earlier upon your request.

Depending on where you live (for example the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to receive a copy of it, and to object to certain uses. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

This website uses only technically necessary storage, for example to keep you signed in to your private gallery. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
